Here are some frequently asked questions:
1. How many people attend HPHC?
We currently minister to around 500 people in our Sunday morning worship services. We are seeing steady growth each week with new guests joining our church family!

2. What music style will I find at HPHC?
We believe in blended worship that includes contemporary praise and worship and traditional hymns. We endeavor to appeal to all our community. Matthew 13:52 reads: "Therefore every scribe which is instructed unto the kingdom of heaven is like unto a man that is a householder, which bringeth forth out of his treasure things new and old".

3. Do you have ministries for my children?
Our children's ministries are one of our greatest services to our community. We have ministry for teenagers and children of every age in each service. Please check out our Student Ministries page for information.

4. How should I dress if I visit?
From suits and ties to jeans and tennis shoes, you will find a wide range of dress at HPHC. We believe in modesty and sensible standards of decency in dress, but we don’t enforce a legalistic dress code upon anyone.

5. What are the services like?
In most every worship service you will find, prayer, songs of worship, hymns, and a time of preaching or teaching the Bible. There is also a time in most every service to receive prayer and support for specific needs.

6. What are the people like?
We are a diverse group of people. People of many ages, races, backgrounds, and social standings worship here. We believe those distinctions should never divide the body of Christ. You will almost certainly find someone of your age and background when you come to worship.

7. What is the preaching like?
We believe in Biblical teaching and preaching with a good mix of theology, doctrinal content, real life illustrations and humor. We also use drama from time to time to reach our generation with the message of Christ.

8. How can I get involved in ministry at HPHC?
There are several ministries to choose from. A big part of our mission is getting people involved ministry, so if you are wholeheartedly committed to Christ and his work, you will find a place to work here. Visit our Get Connected page for more information.

9. I’ve heard that Pentecostals handle snakes. Is this true?
At HPHC we are as scared of snakes as you are (seriously we get this question once in a while).
